Your Rental Includes

Mileage Policy

Limited mileage subject to the following mileage limits:

- From 1 to 3 days: 300 km / day
- From 4 to 6 days: 250 km / day
- From 7 to 14 days: 200 km / day
- 15 days and upward: 150 km / day

- max.3500 km per month

Mandatory local fees

* Mandatory Winterization Fee of 5.00 per day (Excluded Tax), applicable to rentals taking place between

November 01 and March 31

Customers are responsible for all toll fees, congestion charges, speeding tickets; parking & traffic fines; and any associated administration costs. 


Your Rental Excludes

One Way Rentals: in Turkey 0.49 EUR per km if not advised a fixed price at the time of booking.

Deliveries and collections: in Turkey 0.49 EUR per km.

No show/Cancellation Charges.

Late/Early return.

Key, documents loss.

Supplementary insurance to cover injuries to drivers &/or passengers.

Personal Accident Insurance (PAI).

Charges for any of the damages written below will be charged directly to the client, the most important of which are the following: Antenna, trays, clutch and gearbox, damage to car lock, door handle, door sill, loss or damage to keys, windshield wipers, glass, mirrors, wheels, tires, interior of the car, spare key and car jack, hubcap, lights, gas cap, warning triangles, damage to upholstery of a car, damages to the roof, damages caused by roof rack and any luggage on it, extreme dirtiness in a car, underside damage, personal belongings in a rented car, damage due to negligence, tyre punctures and burst tyres, water submersion or salt-water damage, hail damage, fuel errors, damage to child seats and baby seats, lack of electricity because of forgotten turned on electrical devices, damage or loss of car documents, damage or loss of registration plate, damage or theft of car logo. The car rental company, in any case, is not obligated to replace a flat tyre or damages in music devices (radio, CD/mp3 player, etc.). Towing costs are not covered by any insurance.



The total cost of the rental is payable at the time of delivery of the car. The shortest rental period is 24 hours and each additional hour up to 1 hour will be charged at 1/3 of the rate applied. Any fraction is excess of 1 hours will be computed as full day. Payments can be done by VISA,MASTERCARD,AMEX or in CASH. Deposit is required and it is given back at the end of the rental period.


Accident /Breakdown/Theft/Traffic Offence

The rental vehicle must never be removed from the place of accident until police report has been completed and CCH TURIZM SEY. ORG. LTD. ŞTİ (below refered as the car rental company) has been notified. In case of any accident involving your rental car, you must immediately contact the nearest police station and obtain an accident report. The report should clearly state if you were driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you do not report the accident to the police and comply with the requirements under the country's law, the insurance may become invalid. It is mandatory that you also report any accident or damage to the car rental company.

In case of other damages to the rental car, the above procedure should also be followed. If the vehicle is damaged while parked you have to report the damage to the car rental company before the car is moved. In case of theft, it is mandatory that you immediately inform the car rental company, file a police report and then give a copy of this document to the car rental company. Car documents and keys must be handed to the car rental company.

In general, the client must IMMEDIATELY report all damages to the car rental company.

Any unnoticed accident or damage to the vehicle may be interpreted as negligence. This may result in a charge to the client.

For every traffic offence Circular/We have to process, an administration charge will apply. An administration charge is necessary to cover the time and cost of us, as a business in processing incoming your fine(s) on your behalf. Once we receive your traffic fine notification, we have to investigate each offence, match it to the relevant hirer, pay the appropriate authority within the statutory deadline and then invoice you/the customer/driver accordingly, to ensure no delays. Circular/We charge 50 TL for each traffic offence. 


Rental Conditions

All our cars are equipped with OGS/HGS tags so that our customers do not bother themselves to buy those tags to drive through toll roads. Our customers who use toll ways are charged as many times as they use toll roads during rental period (18% TAX is not included). We also charge our customers an administrative fee of 15 TL (18% TAX is not included).

Rental Conditions

You should present voucher on car pick up at the rental desk. Please notice that the voucher is not a rental agreement and when you pick up the vehicle, you must sign a rental agreement with Rental Company named on this voucher which will be subject to local laws. Rental amount stated on first page of voucher should be paid to car rental Company. All local fees for services not included in the rental are billed by and under a contract with, the Rental Company and are billed in local currency.

Reservation amendments can be done in "My Bookings" section 72 hours prior to commencement of the rental and are subject of a rental price available at the time of change. Also cancellation must be done at "My Bookings" section, or by email prior to 48 hours to the start of your rental. We cannot accept cancellation by telephone.

Circular Car Hire does not make a refund of sum paid when making a booking in any of the following circumstances:

- If the client did not use some of rental days.

- If the client did not show up to a car rental counter on the pick up day, or showed up late, or dropped the car off ahead of schedule.

- If the client is unable to pick up the car for the reason that some of his documents (driving license, car rental voucher, passport or other ID) do not meet car rental company terms and conditions.

- If the client is unable to provide credit card in driver's name, or there are not enough funds on it to block a security deposit.

- If the client was previously blacklisted by the car rental companies.

- If the client has canceled the booking due to officially confirmed unforeseen circumstances, charges only an administrative fee in amount equal to 30 EUR (or equivalent amount in other currency). 


Driving Age and Driver License Requirements

- The minimum driver age required is 21.

For groups ECMR-ECMD-ECAR-CDMR-CDMD-CDAR-IDMD minimum age requirement is 21 with at least two years of valid driving licence. For groups SDMR-SDMD-SDAR-SDMD-IDAR-IDAD-CWMR-CWMD and IWMR 23 years of minimum age with 2 years of valid driving licence is required. For groups FDMR-FDAR-FDMD-FDAD-CPAR-CWMD+2, 25 years of minimum age with 2 years of valid driving licence is required. For groups SVMD-SWMD-LDAR 3 years of driving licence and 28 years of age are the minimum requirements.

- The maximum driver age is 75.

- Driving license must be held for at least 2 years. UK license holders need to present the photocard and the paper counterpart. Young driver surcharge applicable for driver age from 19-21 inclusive: 5.00 EUR per day plus Tax

- When collecting the car, the principal driver & any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving license on their name.

- A valid passport (or ID card, if it is written in roman characters and only for EU countries), air-tickets may be required.

- In some cases if driving license is printed with non Roman Alphabet (Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic etc) an international driving license is required.

Please note: an international driving license/permit does not replace the requirement for a regular driving license. If using an international license/permit, a full driving license in the principal drivers name will still be mandatory in order to rent the vehicle. 


Insurance Included

Your rental with Circular Car Hire normally will include collision damage & theft protection waivers. Collision Damage Waiver will waive your liability to pay for any damage caused to the vehicle during the period of rental.

Theft Waiver provides coverage for the theft or damage resulting from attempted theft of the vehicle, its parts and accessories up to their full value and any loss that our car rental company may occur. Both are subject to certain exclusions. Your liability is waived subject to you paying a charge, referred to as an excess which limits your liability to the cost of the excess only. In the event that the renter has behaved recklessly or negligently or driven under the influence of drugs or alcohol you may be liable for the full cost damage. Please note that in our rental company policy there are exceptions to cover which may include windscreens, tires, the underside or interior of the vehicle, towing charges & replacement keys. Please check your agreement fully at the time of renting for exact exclusions. Please note a number of options may be available to buy locally, which reduce your risk or can provide further cover to you and your belongings. 


Primary Driver Credit Card Preauthorization

At time of pick up you will be required to leave a deposit to cover the value of the insurance excess. Usually it takes the form of an amount (minimum: Excess+Fuel+Tax) being blocked on an international credit card in the name of the primary driver (cash deposits, maestro, switch visa electron and debit cards are not accepted).

The blocked amount will be released in full after 15-20 business days after returning the rented vehicle if the vehicle is returned in the same condition as rented.

Please note due to the foreign exchange rate and other possible banking charges the customer will have to take responsibility for the possible expenses involved when the deposit/excess is charged/refund. 


Fuel Policy

Full-tank is not a must. Renter returns the tank with the pick-up level.

No refunds for unused fuel are given. 


Cross Border Policy

For the rentals in Turkey,cross border is not allowed.


Cancellation Policy:

Free cancellation for 48 hours after reservation,No cancellations are allowed after the pick-up date and time. 


Vehicle Group/Model

We are unable to guarantee a particular make or model. The car shown on your voucher is for guidance only and may be substituted for an alternative, similar or upgraded car (at no extra cost) at our option. If, at time of pickup, it becomes impossible to provide your booked car as shown on your rental voucher due to breakdown or an accident, a similar or upgraded car will be provided by Circular Car Hire. 


Customer Service Queries

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspects of your rental, you must report your concerns at the time locally to the car rental company. If you are still not happy and wish to make a formal complaint, all complaints also after rental was finished, you must be put in writing to our customer services team at We will make investigation on your behalf. You will receive an acknowledgement of your email within a few days and we endeavor to answer all customer service queries within 28 days of receiving them. Sometimes we can experience delays, if we are dealing with third parties. 



Additional equipment requested at time of booking or purchased locally:

-Additional driver: 2.95 EUR. (tax inluded)

-Child seat: 4.00 EUR per day. (tax inluded)

-Booster seat: 4.00 EUR per day. (tax inluded)

-Snow Chains: 4.00 EUR per day. (tax inluded)

-Navigation System (GPS): 5.00 EUR per day. (tax inluded)

*Please note additional equipment such as child seat, GPS, snow chains etc are all on request and subject to availability. They will be charged for locally and may be subject to airport fees and local taxes as applicable.

Circular Car Hire cannot guarantee the availability of any extras. 


Cancellation and no-show policy      

What is the cancellation policy for fully prepaid or part-paid bookings?

1 - If you cancel 48 hours prior to your pick up, you will only be charged 20 EUR as administration fee and you will be refunded the rest of the amount.

2 - If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you'll receive a refund minus 50 EUR for fully prepaid bookings.

3 - If your online payment is less than 50 EUR , no refund will be made for your car hire booking.

4 - All cancellations should be made on our online portal and not with the car hire agent. Should you agree to cancel directly with the car hire agent on arrival, you must also inform us of this change to your booking.

5 - Amending your booking or cancelling optional extras may not be possible less than 24 hours before pick up. 


What is a no-show?

A 'no-show' occurs for the following reasons:

1 - You didn't inform us about your cancellation prior to your pick up date.

2 - You failed to pick up the car at the arranged time and date.

3 - You failed to provide the documentation that's required to pick up the car.

4 - You failed to provide a credit card in the main driver's name with enough available funds on it.

In the event of any of the above, no refunds will be made to you.

The car hire company reserves the right to refuse a car if you fail to arrive on time with all necessary documentation and a credit card with enough available funds for the car's security deposit.
